Here are some Dua's you should recite after prayers.
Allahumma Rabba Hazihid Da'awatit Taam Mati Was Salaatil Qaimati Aati Sayyedana Mohammada Nil Waseelata Wal Fadeelata Wad Darajatar Rafeea'ata Wab A's Hu Maqamam Mahmooda Nil Lazi Wa A't Tahoo War Zuqna Shafa A'tahu Yaomal Qiyamah. Innaka La Tukhliful Meea'ad.

Repeat what the Mu'aththin says, except for when he says:
"حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ وَحَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ"
Hayya 'alas-Salaah (hasten to the prayer) and Hayya 'alal-Falaah (hasten to salvation).
"لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ" - Laa hawla wa laa quwwata 'illaa billaah. (There is no might and no power except by Allah.)
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ،
وَالصَّلَاةِ الْقَائِمَةِ، آتِ مُحَمَّداً
الْوَسِيلَةَ وَالْفَضِيلَةَ، وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَاماً
مَحْمُوداً الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ، [إَنَّكَ لَا
تُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ]
In Islam before stating wudu one should say
بسم الله - Bismillah
Meaning "In the name of Allah"
Dua after Wudu Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no one amongst you who does wudoo' and does it properly and does it well THEN he says,
ash-hadu an laa ilaha illa Allah, wahdahu, laa shareeka lah, wa ash-hadu anna muhammadan a'abduhu warasooluhu
Except the gates of Paradise will be opened to him and he may enter through whichever of them he wishes." (Muslim)
Meaning: (I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner, and i bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and messenger.
